Longest Hexagon is a glossy pink ceramic tile from the Pure Wall Tile collection, stretched to 3 by 7 7/8 so the six sided shape reads as a long point rather than a regular honeycomb. Bevelled edges give every joint its own shadow.

Stretched geometry

Pulling a hexagon out of its regular proportion changes the rhythm of a wall: rows become directional, and the eye follows the long axis rather than settling into a honeycomb. The bevel adds a step at each perimeter, which the gloss then picks out. Variation is slight and the body is 3/8 inch.
