Handblown Art Deco glass vase by William Stenberg (18851961) for Gullaskruf Glasbruk, Sweden, 1930s. Teardrop-shaped body in mottled green with a single, elegant scrolled handle. Rich tonal variation and trapped bubbles throughout catch the light beautifully. A fine example of Stenberg’s work, a name that remains central to Swedish Art Deco and modernist glass design, with pieces held in the collections of the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm.
