Art Deco Teapot, France

Silver plated vintage teapot, French Art Deco, c.1930s1950s. Marked ‘Selecta Paris’ to the base. Flared conical body with burgundy Bakelite handle, filtered spout and hinged domed lid. Capacity 3/4 litre.

Shows wear consistent with age including a small dent to the body. Interior has been cleaned and is hygienic but retains the dark patina typical of a well-used vintage piece this cannot be polished out without risking the plating.
