This book was owned by Charles S Rhyne, Professor Emeritus of Art History at Reed College, and features his hand written notes through out the book, including ideas for home work assignments.

Third Edition printed in 1956. Some wear to the cover. Interior pages are in good condition with some yellowing to the edges.
